Description
Connections: with mobile nuts 1/2" on connection fittings, female thread
Warranty: 25 years - facilities with microclimate characteristic of residential, office buildings, government offices, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - facilities with above-average air humidity and increased sanitary and hygienic regime such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service premises and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The REGULUS radiator - Sollarius system consists of two circuits: a water circuit and a heat output circuit.
Water circuit – consists of evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of heating pipes with manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat output circuit – consists of aluminum sheet fins installed vertically on the heating pipes of the water circuit. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together, forming the front and back walls of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface finishing
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. Additionally offered is a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULUS radiators
- very large heat output surface + low own weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated output for the given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency even at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- light – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of the materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard equipment
- manual air vent
- brackets (stands for free-standing radiators)
- complete gasket set
- screws, dowels
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made – copper and aluminum – are light and have a high coefficient of heat conduction (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat output even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS -system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water circuit and aluminum heat-emitting fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as occurs in radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
