Description
Connections: with movable nuts 1/2" on connection nipples, internal thread
Warranty: 25 years - facilities with microclimate characteristic of residential, office, administrative buildings, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - facilities with above-average air humidity and increased hygiene and sanitary conditions such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service facilities and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The REGULUS - Sollarius system radiator consists of two systems: a water system and a heat dissipation system.
Water system – is built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper manifold collectors. The connection of heating pipes to the manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat dissipation system – is built from aluminum sheet fins mounted vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit closely together, creating the front and rear wall of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface Finishing
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. The offer also includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with clear powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULUS radiators
- very large heat dissipation surface + low own weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for a given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency also at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- lightweight – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard Equipment
- manual vent valve
- brackets (stands for freestanding radiators)
- set of seals
- bolts, wall plugs
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are lightweight and have a high heat conduction coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This promotes very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat dissipation even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and surroundings. The "REGULUS - system" radiators are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and the aluminum heat dissipation fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very small water capacity ensures very good and effective operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
