Description
Connections: with movable nuts 1/2" on connection fittings, internal thread
Warranty: 25 years - buildings with microclimate characteristic of residential premises, offices, government offices, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - buildings with above-average air humidity and increased hygienic-sanitary conditions such as swimming pools, car washes, drying rooms, floating units, service premises and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The radiator REGULUS - Sollarius system consists of two systems: a water system and a heat emission system.
Water system – built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating tubes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper collector manifolds. The connection of heating tubes with collectors is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat emission system – built from aluminum sheet fins mounted vertically on the heating tubes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together, forming the front and rear walls of the radiator.
The copper-to-aluminum connection is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomena occur in it.
Surface finishing
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available upon request. Additionally available is a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULLUS radiators
- very large heat emission surface + small own weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for a given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency even at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- light – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of the materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard equipment
- manual air vent
- brackets (stands for free-standing radiators)
- set of seals
- screws, expansion plugs
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have a high heat conductivity coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat emission even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS - system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and aluminum heat-emitting fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as happens with radiators built from other materials (e.g. steel). Very small water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
