Ozonator OTS-15

The ozone generator is designed for ozonation of all types of rooms, apartments, cars and cargo spaces, air conditioning systems. It is also a device for home applications, in office spaces, various types of cabinets (cosmetic, dental) where room disinfection is required. The ozone generator can also be used for disinfection and removal of unpleasant odors. A very important aspect is that during ozonation, people and animals cannot be present in the room. After ozonation is complete, the room should be ventilated for approximately 15-30 minutes.

In case of not ventilating the room, do not enter inside for at least 2 hours after ozonation is completed.

Approximate time to reach ozone concentration of 15mg/m3 (7ppm) in the room when operating the ozonator with an output of 15g/h:

• 30 m³ - 2 min (e.g. room 3m long x 4m wide x 2.5m high)
• 60 m³ - 4 min (e.g. room 6m long x 4m wide x 2.5m high)
• 120 m³ - 8 min (e.g. room 6m long x 8m wide x 2.5m high)
• 200 m³ - 12 min (e.g. room 8m long x 10m wide x 2.5m high)
• 300 m³ - 19 min (e.g. room 12m long x 10m wide x 2.5m high)

How does ozone work?

Ozone works on the principle of rapid oxidation. It enters into a chemical reaction causing their oxidation. The third oxygen atom in its molecule makes ozone a very chemically active gas – it reacts very easily with pollutant molecules such as odors, bacteria, viruses, molds and fungi. It breaks them down into less complex, and usually less harmful molecules. The remaining ozone naturally decomposes back to oxygen, which makes it very environmentally friendly. Room disinfection using ozone is much more effective than traditional disinfection using chemical agents.
