Manual fired boiler for wood KOLTON TROTEX 35 kW

The KOŁTON TROTEX boiler has an ecodesign certificate and a class 5 certificate. It is designed to power central heating installations and prepare domestic hot water. The KOŁTON TROTEX gasification boiler is adapted for burning firewood using the gasification method (bottom combustion). Individual boiler components are made of 6-10mm steel sheets. The boiler heat exchanger is constructed with vertical panels. The combustion chamber has a cast iron grate, ceramic lining, and air nozzles. Flue gases from the combustion chamber pass through the bottom via a specially designed fitting between the dividing wall of the furnace into the rear vertical channels where, upon gas reversal, partial dust and soot precipitation occurs.

It is equipped with an electronic temperature controller. This controller operates the exhaust fan. TROTEX is simple and hassle-free in everyday operation. Opening the boiler loading door is assisted by a gas actuator, and the boiler hopper is designed to facilitate loading the boiler with large pieces of wood. The exhaust fan and the limit switch connected to it prevent smoking when the loading flap is opened. The boiler's fuel burning time at full hopper capacity is approximately 4 hours. The boiler is equipped with an electronic controller that draws the air needed for combustion through the exhaust fan and enables control of the boiler temperature.
