Description

Boiler DEFRO Optima Komfort Eko is a hopper-fed boiler for hard coal. It has a body made of certified boiler steel sheet. Cooperation with an accumulation tank is required.

Primary air is supplied gravitationally from outside using a tilting damper located in the firebox-ash pan doors, controlled by means of a draft gauge.

The boiler is adapted for installation in a closed-loop system provided that safety devices are installed in accordance with the boiler's DTR and has the ability to regulate secondary air inflow.

Boilers meet the energy-emission requirements of class 5 and have an Ecodesign Certificate.

The manufacturer recommends installing the boiler in combination with an accumulation tank and raising the temperature of the water returning to the boiler: in the form of a mixing valve or Laddostat. The minimum return temperature should be 55°C.
