The CALEFFI XS filter is a magnetic device installed beneath the boiler. It separates impurities in the installation water by using a filtration insert, a neodymium magnet, and a chamber for mechanical accumulation. Installation:

To install this device, it should be done on a cold, depressurized installation. The device should be mounted on the return pipe following the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the valve housing.

The included connector with a movable nut facilitates the connection of the device to the boiler, for example, using flexible hoses.

The operation principle of the device with a magnetic insert is based on:

• Mechanical filtration using a special filtration insert.
• Separation of ferromagnetic particles using a neodymium magnet.
