Heat pump Basic is an ideal source for heating domestic hot water for single-family homes. A heat pump with a tank secures domestic hot water at a temperature of up to 55°C in a quantity of 270 liters. The heat pump installation does not require expensive boreholes as in the case of ground source heat pumps. The Basic pump is designed for installation inside the building and requires only: hydraulic and electrical connections as well as air duct connections. Special controller functions ensure that the heat pump is used safely and conveniently. The PARTY function is an ideal solution when there are temporarily more people in the house and rapid heating of domestic hot water is required. To care for the health of users, the pump has an Antilegionella function which prevents bacterial growth. The pump has a function to optimize pump operation called ECO. Frost protection is a safeguard for the pump itself. Energy efficiency class A confirms low power consumption. The Basic heat pump is equipped with a constant monitoring option as standard. Basic pump parameters are displayed on the controller's touch LCD screen. This enables control of the circulation pump operation. Proper programming of times and periods of hot water demand reduces the waiting time for hot water at the tap. It allows maintaining water at a set temperature. Each Basic pump controller contains a database of optimal configurations for heating domestic hot water. It provides the ability to program an hourly schedule of pump operation, e.g. to take advantage of the benefits of night rate tariff. Controlling pump functions and changing parameters is enabled by a dedicated room controller. The Basic pump allows partial cooling or dehumidifying of the room in which it operates. To ensure convenient and quick installation, each Basic heat pump is offered with the necessary ventilation components.

An air-to-water heat pump equipped with two coils enables heating from practically three heat sources. In the winter period, water heating can be carried out via a central heating boiler connected to one coil supported by a solar installation connected to the second coil. In the summer period, water can be heated using solar alone or a heat pump. This way we cover the demand for domestic hot water in every season with maximum energy and cost savings.
Heat pump air duct connection

The length of discharge and intake ducts cannot exceed 5m. Installing a 90° elbow is counted as shortening the duct by 2m. If it is necessary to exceed the maximum duct length, it is recommended to use appropriate fans to support air flow.
Heat pump installation inside the building

The location of the heat pump in the room should ensure service access to at least one side of the device. The minimum distance from the wall is 40 cm. The minimum installation area is 2 x 2 m and the room height is at least 2 m.
