MAXIMUM ENERGY UTILIZATION

The AQUARIO insert is a water-jacketed device whose construction is based on double steel walls. The space between them is filled with water, which absorbs heat and transfers it to the heating system. Thanks to the use of TERMOTEC material, which accumulates heat and increases the temperature in the combustion chamber, the combustion process is more efficient and heat is retained longer. Additionally, the efficiency of heat exchange is increased by built-in flue tubes and a high flue outlet. More ecological combustion is supported by two deflectors that extend the path of exhaust gases. The flue gas outlet is regulated by two dampers: the upper one controlling the chimney draft, and the lower one allowing switching between ignition and operating mode. Air supply to the combustion chamber is provided exclusively from outside the building. The system delivers both primary and secondary air through an inlet with a diameter of 125 mm. The air is distributed under the base plate of the firebox and directed through a channel to a perforated strip, ensuring even combustion across the entire width of the chamber. The combustion intensity can be adjusted using a mechanism located below the door. The insert is also equipped with an air curtain (clean glass system), which does not draw air from the room. Air is directed through special channels onto the glass surface, preventing it from getting dirty. The applied flue gas afterburning system reduces the emission of harmful substances and increases the efficiency of the device, ensuring low CO emissions.

TOP-LEVEL SAFETY

The front of the insert is made of heat-resistant ceramic that withstands temperatures up to 660°C. The glass used has appropriate quality and safety certifications. The device is equipped with a cooling coil to protect against overheating. The structure of the body and front, made of high-quality steel, ensures resistance to high temperatures. Tightness is ensured by precise welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements are laser-cut and then formed using CNC bending machines.

USER COMFORT

The insert operates without a grate – combustion takes place on a layer of ash, which allows for almost complete fuel utilization and leaves only a minimal amount of residue. The clean glass system reduces soot buildup, and adjustable legs allow installation in various conditions.

MODERN DESIGN

The built-in water-jacketed insert does not differ visually from a standard air insert, while offering the additional advantage of connection to a central heating system.
