Description
The SGW(L)P horizontal double-jacket heat exchanger is a highly efficient device designed for heating and storing domestic hot water. It is one of the most efficient heat exchangers in its class, ensuring maximum user comfort. The water jacket, covering almost the entire surface and directly surrounding the tank, guarantees efficient operation while minimizing heat loss. Connections located at the top and bottom of the tank simplify installation and servicing. The heat exchanger is designed for horizontal installation, for example on a wall, using additional mounting brackets available as accessories. The tank bottom includes a circulation connection for a circulation pump and a socket for a central heating boiler sensor.
The exchanger’s efficiency and energy savings are ensured by a patented insulation technology. Enhanced insulation made of a thick layer of dense foam maintains high water temperature for an extended period. The insulation is made of rigid polyurethane foam.
The heat exchanger is protected against corrosion with EXTRA GLASS® ceramic enamel applied using a wet-coating process and fired at high temperature. This protection ensures hygienic operation and long-lasting corrosion resistance. Additional protection for the tank and optional electric heating element is provided by a replaceable magnesium anode. It is also possible to install a maintenance-free active titanium anode.
The materials used and advanced manufacturing technology guarantee the highest quality at every stage of production. The manufacturer provides a 60-month warranty.
