Description
Ceramic heating panel HYBRID 375
The HYBRID ceramic electric heater combines two types of heating: infrared and convective, which allows you to achieve ideal conditions - quick air heating and warming of household objects.
A panel with a temperature of 65-70°C is an effective source of infrared radiation that operates in the long-wave range of 7-14 μm. Convective heat is generated between the wall and the panel, with the back side of the panel being heated to 80-85°C. The high level of thermal efficiency reduces heating costs several times over.
The panels are made from natural ceramic with high heat accumulation properties and slow heat release after the device is turned off.
Ceramic - is an ideal material for transmitting long-wave infrared radiation.
HYBRID panels - are a monolithic device distinguished by maximum durability. Calibrated ceramic is hermetically mounted to the device housing using an eco-friendly compound. Polymer housing made of metal with special thickness.
A flexible thermal conductor serves as a heating element and is located between the housing and the ceramic. This conductor is temperature resistant and surpasses traditional heating elements. The relatively low surface temperature of the conductor ensures a long service life.

Operating principles
The HYBRID ceramic heating panel combines two types of heating - infrared and convection. This approach makes it possible to achieve ideal conditions - rapid heating of air and objects in the room. A panel with a temperature of 65-70°C is an effective source of infrared heat operating in the long-wave range of 7-14 micrometers. The convective heat flow is created between the wall and the panel, whose back side is heated to 80-85°C. High thermal efficiency reduces heating costs several times over. Effective, uniform room heating involves the use of small panels installed in areas with the greatest heat loss. When heating with the HYBRID system, you have the ability to distribute heat sources in such a way as to avoid the appearance of overly cold or hot zones. Due to the uniform heat distribution across the entire panel surface and the effect of soft flow directly on the human body, the temperature difference at head and feet level is minimal, i.e., there is no uncomfortable effect of a hot ceiling and simultaneously cold floor. Convective air movement through grounded metal heaters, convectors and similar devices radically reduces the number of negatively charged ions from 600-700 units/cm to 50-100 units/cm, i.e., 8-10 times. In the case of heating a room with HYBRID panels, there is no deionization process; the air environment in the rooms retains its composition.
