Boiler for pellets and wood Metal-Fach SEMAX BASIC DUO 15 kW

The SEMAX BASIC DUO boiler is designed with small boiler rooms in mind. This device is considered a wood gasification boiler. An additional advantage of the boiler is its loading tank, which can be placed on either side, making it easier to fit into small boiler rooms. While the SEMAX BASIC DUO qualifies as a wood gasification boiler, it also allows for pellet combustion in automatic mode. The boiler is designed for efficient combustion of firewood in compliance with the 303-5:2021-09 standard, as well as wood pellets conforming to the PN EN 303-5:2021-09 standard. It is equipped with a self-cleaning burner. The pellet igniter, integrated with an RTC clock, ignites and extinguishes the boiler according to a schedule, reducing the amount of manual maintenance to almost zero. By adding the ecoNET300 internet module to the boiler, you can manage its functions using a phone, tablet, or computer.

The boiler qualifies for the "Clean Air" program.

Heat Exchanger

Type of exchanger: Horizontal, shelf, and tubular convection channels

An efficient design adapted for quick cleaning of the exchanger from the front. The construction of the boiler's exchanger ensures high heat transfer from the combustion chamber.

Chimney Outlet

Location: At the rear of the boiler

Adjustment: Top, side with fan

The boiler's design places the chimney outlet at the rear, allowing direct connection to the chimney.

Flue Gas Temperature Sensor

Along with the controller, the sensor monitors the flue gas temperature.

Primary and Secondary Air Intake

Air is drawn in through six openings for complete fuel combustion. The amounts of primary and secondary air can be adjusted using sliders.

Smoke Damper

Enables efficient smoke evacuation from the combustion chamber according to user needs.

Exhaust Fan

Adjustment: Adjustable height

The exhaust fan effectively supports the natural flue gas draft in the boiler. Air is regulated using the exhaust and blower fans when operating the boiler with a feeder.

Automatic Feeder

The PLATINUM PELLET controller, based on information from sensors, determines the fuel demand and doses the required amount. This makes the fuel combustion process highly efficient, eco-friendly, and nearly maintenance-free for the user.

Boiler Control

The PLATINUM PELLET controller is programmed to automate all heating processes for your home. The user sets the desired indoor temperature, and the controller optimizes combustion accordingly. In advanced settings, you can customize every parameter according to your preferences and household needs.
