SMOK systems are modern, fully automatic biomass boilers designed for the combustion of renewable fuels with a moisture content of up to 25%.
The units have been developed to ensure efficient, economical, and safe utilization of various types of biomass. The complete SMOK biomass combustion system with a cast-iron combustion head includes a heat exchanger, burner, fuel conveying system, fuel storage hopper or spring agitator, creating an integrated heating solution with a high degree of automation. The heat exchanger is equipped with an innovative self-cleaning mechanism that minimizes maintenance requirements and helps maintain high operating efficiency over a long service life.
The burner features a mechanical grate cleaning system and an ash removal system located beneath the combustion chamber. Two fans – a forced-draft fan and an induced-draft fan – ensure optimal combustion conditions by providing uniform air distribution, resulting in high energy efficiency and low emissions. The combustion process is controlled by advanced PLUM automation systems, which precisely manage the operation of the entire unit and continuously adjust its parameters according to current demand. Each system is equipped with a comprehensive fire protection package, including a rotary valve feeder, BVTS valve, and feeder housing temperature sensor. This solution significantly enhances operational safety, making the unit one of the safest in its class.
A wide range of fuel storage capacities – from 4 m³ to 27 m³ – as well as the option of using a spring agitator, allows the installation to be tailored to available space and individual user requirements. The combination of modern technologies, a high level of automation, and minimal maintenance requirements makes SMOK a versatile heating solution suitable for numerous applications. These systems are primarily used in manufacturing facilities where biomass is generated as a by-product of production processes. They are also successfully employed for heating large industrial and warehouse halls, administrative buildings, educational facilities, hotels, places of worship, and spacious single-family homes.

Spring Agitator

The spring agitator is a fuel feeding system designed to work with Moderator boilers, but it can also be used as an auxiliary device for other boiler systems. It enables an existing room to be adapted and utilized as a fuel storage area. Adjustable feeder inclination and horizontal rotation of the combustion head relative to the feeder allow the system to be adapted to boiler rooms of different sizes and layouts, making it a practical and ergonomic solution.
