Radiators
The selection of radiators should be based on the specific heat demand, radiators should not be selected exaggeratedly. Rooms in which approximately 20% more heating power should be added are radiators in bathrooms or rooms with a large glass surface. The radiator can be made of cast iron, aluminum or steel. Steel radiators are the most frequently chosen version due to easy selection of power and adaptation to the interior. The power of the radiator can be increased by selecting a radiator with one, two or three heating plates. Cast iron radiators are highly resistant to corrosion, durable and insensitive to the quality of water in the central heating system. They are characterized by high thermal inertia, which means that the radiator takes a long time to heat up and also takes a long time to cool down, which creates problems if we want to precisely control the temperature in the room. Aluminum radiators are structurally similar to cast iron radiators, but due to the properties of the material, they are much lighter. Radiators made of aluminum are exposed to electromechanical corrosion and should not be combined with a central heating system made of copper pipes.
